Terms of Use

These terms are a contract between you and SafeAI Kit ("SafeAI Kit", "we", "the company"), Chicago, Illinois, USA. By buying or using our products you agree to them.
1. What we sell
Digital templates, guides and training about using AI tools safely with client data: the Basic AI Add-On ($97 one-time), the Full Kit ($197 one-time) and the Updates Plan ($24 per month). Prices are in US dollars and shown in full before you pay. Sales tax is added only if required. Your bank sets any currency conversion.
2. Not legal advice, no compliance guarantee
Our materials are general information and editable templates. They are not legal, tax or security advice, they do not create an attorney-client or advisor relationship, and using them does not by itself make your firm compliant with the FTC Safeguards Rule, IRS requirements or any other law. You are responsible for adapting them to your firm and for your own compliance; consider having a qualified professional review them.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. After payment you get a private download link on screen (valid 30 days or 10 downloads) and by email within 24 hours. If a link stops working, write to hello@getsafeaikit.com and we'll send a new one.
4. Updates Plan: automatic renewal and cancellation
The Updates Plan renews automatically every month at $24 until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time at Manage / cancel subscription (Stripe's secure customer portal, where you can also update your card and see invoices), or by emailing hello@getsafeaikit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. There are no partial refunds for unused time. If the price changes, we will give you reasonable notice by email before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
5. All sales final, no refunds
Our products are digital and delivered immediately. All sales are final and non-refundable once access or a download link has been provided, except where required by applicable law. At checkout you agree to this and ask us to deliver the product immediately. If a file is defective or can't be downloaded, contact hello@getsafeaikit.com and we will fix or replace it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law (for example, California consumer law or, for customers in Mexico, the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor enforced by PROFECO) gives you and that cannot be waived.
6. License
When you buy, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the materials inside your own firm (all its locations and staff). You may not resell, publish, share publicly or offer them as your own product. Training certificates are for your staff only. We keep all other rights.
7. Acceptable use of the site
Don't attack, overload or scrape the site, submit someone else's email, or try to access data or links that aren't yours.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms and to the extent the law allows, the materials and site are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI tools change often; we try to keep content accurate but can't guarantee it is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or data, or penalties imposed on you, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable US federal law. Please contact us first; most problems are solved by email. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights that the law where you live gives you and that can't be waived (for example, consumers in Mexico may contact PROFECO).
11. Changes and contact

Estos términos son un contrato entre usted y SafeAI Kit («SafeAI Kit», «nosotros», «la empresa»), Chicago, Illinois, EE. UU. Al comprar o usar nuestros productos los acepta.
1. Qué vendemos
Plantillas, guías y capacitación digitales sobre el uso seguro de herramientas de IA con datos de clientes: el Complemento Básico (US$97, pago único), el Kit Completo (US$197, pago único) y el Plan de Actualizaciones (US$24 al mes). Los precios están en dólares estadounidenses y se muestran completos antes de pagar; los impuestos se agregan solo si la ley lo exige. Su banco determina el tipo de cambio.
2. No es asesoría legal ni garantía de cumplimiento
Nuestros materiales son información general y plantillas editables. No constituyen asesoría legal, fiscal ni de seguridad, y su uso no garantiza por sí solo el cumplimiento de la Regla de Salvaguardas de la FTC, del IRS ni de otras leyes. Usted es responsable de adaptarlos a su despacho; le recomendamos que un profesional los revise.
3. Pago y entrega
Los pagos los procesa Stripe. Tras pagar, recibe un enlace privado de descarga en pantalla (válido 30 días o 10 descargas) y por correo en un plazo de 24 horas. Si el enlace deja de funcionar, escriba a hello@getsafeaikit.com.
4. Plan de Actualizaciones: renovación automática y cancelación
El Plan de Actualizaciones se renueva automáticamente cada mes por US$24 hasta que lo cancele. Puede cancelarlo en línea en cualquier momento en Administrar / cancelar suscripción (portal seguro de Stripe, donde también puede actualizar su tarjeta y ver sus facturas), o escribiendo a hello@getsafeaikit.com. La cancelación surte efecto al final del periodo pagado; conserva el acceso hasta entonces y no se le vuelve a cobrar. No hay reembolsos parciales por el tiempo no usado. Si el precio cambia, se lo avisaremos por correo con anticipación razonable.
5. Ventas finales, sin reembolsos
Nuestros productos son digitales y se entregan de inmediato. Todas las ventas son finales y no reembolsables una vez que se otorga el acceso o el enlace de descarga, salvo cuando la ley aplicable lo exija. Al pagar, usted acepta esto y solicita la entrega inmediata. Si un archivo está defectuoso o no se puede descargar, escriba a hello@getsafeaikit.com y lo corregiremos o sustituiremos. Nada en estos términos limita los derechos irrenunciables que le otorgue la ley aplicable; en México, la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, y usted puede acudir a la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).
6. Licencia
Con su compra obtiene una licencia no exclusiva e intransferible para usar y editar los materiales dentro de su propio despacho (todas sus oficinas y personal). No puede revenderlos, publicarlos ni ofrecerlos como producto propio.
7. Uso aceptable del sitio
No ataque, sobrecargue ni extraiga datos del sitio, ni registre el correo de otra persona.
8. Exclusión de garantías
Salvo lo indicado en estos términos y en la medida que la ley lo permita, los materiales se ofrecen «tal cual». Las herramientas de IA cambian con frecuencia; procuramos que el contenido sea exacto, pero no podemos garantizar que esté completo o actualizado.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos, lucro cesante, pérdida de datos ni multas impuestas a usted, y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos pagó en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo. Esto no aplica cuando la ley de su país lo prohíba.
10. Ley aplicable
Se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Illinois y la legislación federal de EE. UU. aplicable. Escríbanos primero; la mayoría de los problemas se resuelven por correo. Si usted es consumidor, conserva los derechos irrenunciables que le otorgue la ley de su país (por ejemplo, PROFECO en México).
